TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FOR ONLINE EDUCATIONAL COURSE THE MINI GENIUS METHOD

Welcome to our online mini Genius method. The following Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our online educational course (the mini Genius method). By accessing or using the mini Genius method, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any amendments that we may make from time to time.

Ownership and Use of Content

The content included in the mini Genius method, including without limitation, all text, graphics, images, audio clips, videos, data, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or information obtained from or through the mini Genius method without our prior written consent.

Registration and Access

In order to access the mini Genius method, you may be required to register and provide certain information about yourself. You agree that all information you provide to us during the registration process or at any other time will be true, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Payment and Refunds

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the mini Genius method as they become due. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change prices and institute new charges at any time, upon reasonable notice to you, which may be provided by email or posted on the mini Genius method.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the mini Genius method or the information, content, materials, or products included in the mini Genius method. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the mini Genius method shall be filed only in the courts located in the jurisdiction in which we are located and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting revised terms on the mini Genius method. Your continued use of the Course after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Termination

We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the mini Genius method at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
